One of the Pacific Northwest’s most talented designers and illustrators, Leslie’s work has been featured in such diverse settings as corporate brochures, massive ferry billboards, and the set of the award-winning television show, Grey’s Anatomy. Leslie builds beautiful and smart client websites. She also creates illustrations for advertising, editorial, and product licensing that have a fresh, friendly appeal and a modern style. Mandy Terc, PhD
With degrees from Princeton and Harvard and a PhD in anthropology from the University of Michigan, Mandy brings academic insights to real-world settings in customer experience design and international partnerships. Mandy is the rare professional who is both fluent in Arabic and has entrepreneurial experience – a powerful combination that enables her to guide clients in the nuances of negotiations, business development, and ecosystem creation in the Middle East and other international settings. As a skilled anthropologist, she brings valuable insights to our work in customer experience and engagement.

Jess Mott Wickstrom
Jess is cofounder and principal of Silver Egg Studios, a design firm that traveled throughout the United States for five years in a 1969 Airstream. She provides graphic design and web services to businesses, nonprofits, and creative professionals. Jess is a master at clarifying content, creating persuasive one-sheets, and elevating PowerPoint presentations from mundane to compelling. Her clients span the realms of corporate (Bosch), nonprofit (The Ravi Shankar Foundation), and creative (Chicago International Puppet Theater Festival).
